Stay policies & privacy

Simple rules, written down, so your family knows exactly what to expect. If anything here is unclear for your dates, message us on WhatsApp before you pay.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: 10:30 AM
• Check-out: 9:30 AM (one hour is kept for cleaning before the next check-in; a later check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability)

Cancellation

Standard dates: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Festival dates (Mahashivratri, Shravan Mondays, Kumbh/Simhastha): full advance, non-refundable. Exact policy confirmed on WhatsApp.

Payment

• International cards accepted via Razorpay, or platform payments via Booking.com / Airbnb.
• The advance amount and when the balance is due are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before you pay.
• Your quote on WhatsApp shows the full price for your dates, including any taxes.

Guests, ID and house rules

• Every booking is the whole villa for your group, up to the villa's maximum guests (shown on each villa page).
• We tell you which ID documents to bring when we confirm your booking.
• House rules for your villa are shared with your booking confirmation.
• Pets are allowed. Please mention your pet when you enquire.

Included help

• Complimentary villa-to-Mahakaleshwar shuttle for in-house guests (up to 5 guests per trip).
• Caretaker explains the Bhasma Aarti booking process (online or counter) on arrival evening; shuttle drops guests at the temple gate by 3:30 AM for the 4 AM aarti. The help is complimentary; the temple's own permit is booked by the guest.

Privacy notice

We collect only what we need to host you:

• WhatsApp and phone: when you message or call us, we keep your name, number, dates and guest details to quote and manage your booking.
• The "Check dates" form does not store anything on our website; it only opens WhatsApp with your details filled in.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand which pages help families plan their trip (for example, how many people tap "Check dates"). It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.
• We never sell your data. To see or delete what we hold about you, email apvillasandresorts@gmail.com or WhatsApp us.
