Availability for several villas on the same dates changes quickly, especially around festivals. Message us early and we will hold the best combination for your group.
What groups get
- One coordinator, one chat: plan everything on a single WhatsApp thread with our team.
- Group transport at fixed prices: 12-seater tempo traveller ₹6,500 one way; Innova Crysta ₹4,500 (Indore airport, one way); full-day Ujjain sightseeing ₹3,500.
- Mahakal shuttle: complimentary for in-house guests (up to 5 per trip); for bigger groups we add cars at fixed prices.
- Food: each villa has its own kitchen, and we can arrange a local cook for simple home-style thalis for the group.
- Darshan help: our caretakers explain Bhasma Aarti booking and the dress code to everyone the evening before.

Booking terms for groups
Standard dates: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Festival dates (Mahashivratri, Shravan Mondays, Kumbh/Simhastha): full advance, non-refundable. Exact policy confirmed on WhatsApp. Full details on our booking policies page.
