I started AP Villas in 2023, in my hometown, with a single villa and a single conviction — that Ujjain's pilgrim families deserved better than hotel rooms with paper-thin walls and dharamshalas without basic comfort. My background is in business strategy, but my obsession is hospitality — the kind where the door is opened before you ring the bell, and the kettle is warm before you ask.
Three years later, we are five villas. Every villa in our collection is hand-picked, personally vetted, and managed by our own team. We do not aggregate. We do not outsource. We host. Each guest is met by name. Each caretaker is trained by us. Each villa is cleaned by people we know.
Across these three years, we have had the immense privilege of hosting families from across India and the world — pilgrims from Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Indore, Bhopal; NRI families returning to bring their children to Mahakaleshwar; senior civil servants seeking discretion; elected representatives; international travellers; influencers and YouTubers; and most precious of all, the quiet families who simply came, stayed, and left blessings on their way out.
